  • How does this work?

It’s simple, each month you send us your paperwork in the mail, (we will provide you with mailing labels to ensure accuracy). You don’t have to sort any of your paperwork. We do that for you. Foundation Tax takes all of that paperwork, and prepares your quarterly income and cash flow statements, files your GST/HST on time, and at year end prepares your corporate tax return, if required, and the personal tax return for you and your spouse. We charge a low monthly fee that covers all of this.

  • What do I actually receive?

Every quarter we will send you via email, your income statements and your cashflow statements. These two documents will tell you how you’re doing financially, they’ll also help you pinpoint problems with your business, and compare your statements to industry averages. Also, every quarter, we will process and file your GST/HST on your behalf. These means, you’ll get the cash back into your pocket as soon as possible. At the end of the year, we prepare your corporate and personal tax returns for your signature. No Bookkeeping or tax preparation is required on your part.
