Robert Daigle and Robert Fooks own and operate Foundation Tax Inc. Daigle and Fooks both have experience in the Transportation Sector. Daigle was formerly the sole shareholder of a Nova Scotia based private career college that provided training, certification and licensing for new truck drivers. Daigle recently sold the business to an Ontario company that is the largest truck driver training company in country. Fooks grew up in an owner- operator family in Kamloops BC. Fooks is currently co- managing partner of a Calgary-based law firm.  Daigle has a strong background in sales and marketing, while Fooks specialty is corporate law, his focus is on structuring the business, and its back-end.
