Sign up for our book keeping and tax preparation services, and we’ll send you twelve (12) Mailing labels to send receipts directly to our processing centre. No need to do anything else. Send in all your receipts, invoices, and payment information, our professional staff will do the rest.

Each quarter, you will receive via email, copies of your Income and Cash Flow Statements. Telling you how much you have earned, and making sure we are minimizing your tax requirements at year end. At the end of the year, our team will prepare your tax return, and that of your spouse, all under for the low membership price. Also, we will prepare and submit your HST/GST filings, making sure you are getting your money back as soon as possible.

Your information will be securely housed in a state of the art data center equipped with a wide range of security, power management, cooling and network access equipment. Biometric sensors, security cameras and secure access are the first items encountered on-site. In addition to thousands of servers, power regulation systems, diesel generators and air conditioning systems are vital aspects of the facilities.

The data centers are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.
